Tyree White

Tyree White is a 6'8, 190lbs Forward from St. Louis, Missouri. He attended North Technical HS and then went on to Moberly (Missouri) Area Community College. He averaged 16.3 points and 9.1 rebounds as a senior. He appeared in all 35 games in 2018-19, including six starting assignments (road games at Jackson State, Texas, Tennessee Tech, LSU and Georgia State and regular-season home finale vs. Coastal Carolina).

Wenyen Gabriel

Wenyen Gabriel is a 6’9, 215 pound forward from Sudan, now playing for the New Orleans Pelicans. In high school, Wenyen was named to the McDonald’s All-American team. He attended the University of Kentucky where he had a major impact. During his sophomore season, Wenyen was selected to the SEC All-Tournament Team after averaging 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.7 blocks during UK’s three-game run to the SEC championship.

Following his successful Sophomore year, Wenyen decided to enter the NBA Draft. He earned a two-way contract with the Sacramento Kings, which saw him split time between the NBA and the G League

Wenyen began the 2019-2020 season with the Sacramento Kings before getting traded to the Portland Trailblazers. With the Portland Trailblazers, Wenyen had the opportunity to play where he showed off his offensive and defensive versatility.

 
 

Hassani Gravett

6’2” / 190lbs / Guard

Hassani Gravett is a 6’2”, 190lb guard who completed his college career in 2019 with the South Carolina Gamecocks. The Alabama-born, senior guard was named SEC Sixth Man of the Year during the 2019 March Madness Tournament. He is the second Gamecock to ever win the award, following Duane Notice in 2016. Hassani currently plays for MZT Skopje of the Macedonian League. 

In his senior year, Gravett averaged 11.6 points per game and had 76 assists and 24 steals. He is known by fans and his teammates as a sniper from deep who can hit the tough shot during clutch moments of the game. The reliable guard was also honored with playing for the USA East Coast Team in 2017, under coach Larry Brown in Madrid, Spain.

Year-over-year, Gravett has continued to improve his game in nearly every statistical category. As the newest member to the #DSMFamily, we are extremely excited to work with this young talent to help him grow as a person and athlete, and take his skill to the next level.

 

Tidjan Keita

6’10” / 205 lbs / Forward

Tidjan Keita is a 6’10”, 205-pound forward/center with a noteworthy 7’3” wingspan. After a stint playing with the Northern Arizona Suns - the G League affiliate for the Phoenix Suns and some time overseas. Tidjan is now playing in Germany for Vfl Kirchheim Knights

The 23-year-old from Paris, France came into the professional basketball scene almost entirely unknown. With DraftExpress ranking him as one of the top 100 prospects, he entered the 2017 NBA draft with a name that was almost unsearchable on Google. The reason being - Keita had only started playing the sport in 2014.

Despite the setback of time, he quickly became an impactful player on the court. The young Frenchman made his way to North America when he transferred to Thetford Academy in Quebec from Paris. Here he was able to showcase his length, jumping ability and impressive shooting range from deep. During his 2019 - 20 campaign playing in Europe for the BBC Coburg, Tidjan was able to put up solid numbers. He averaged 15.1 points per game, 7.5 rebounds, all with an exceptional .589% from the field.

Xavier Sneed

Xavier Sneed

6’5” / 215lbs / Forward

Xavier Sneed is a 6’5”, 215 pound forward, from St. Louis. He recently completed his senior year at Kansas State. Xavier played with the Hornets during their 2020-2021 preseason. He will be playing for the Greensboro Swarm of the NBA G-League this upcoming season.

Sneed is a huge offensive asset and an absolute weapon from beyond the arc. He’s among the best 3-point shooters in Kansas State’s school history, ranking eighth in attempts (457) and ninth in makes (157) while connecting on 34.4 percent. He also ranks 29th on the all-time scoring list with 1,003 points. That said, you can’t discount his defensive ability as he ranks fourth in career steals with 137, and has led his team in rebounds numerous times. 

The versatile forward is truly an electric core player that can perform in clutch situations. He’s extremely dedicated to his craft and has been able to remain healthy and consistent throughout his four years in college -  playing in 105 out of 106 games. 

After a decorated college career (awarded 13 times), including 2018 NCAA South Regional All-Tournament Team, 2019 Jack Hartman Top Defensive Player Award and 2019 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention (league coaches) to name a few, Sneed is ready to throw his hat in the big league ring.

Javin DeLaurier

Javin DeLaurier is a 6’10”, 237 pound forward, who concluded his collegiate career after his 2019-2020 senior season with Duke Blue Devils. Javin played with the Hornets during their 2020-2021 preseason. Javin will be playing for the Greensboro Swarm of the NBA G-League this upcoming season

Javin had been an integral member of his NCAA squad since his Duke debut back in 2016. It wasn’t long after first hitting the court with Duke that he was recognized for his impressive defensive talent, and was recognized for his role off the court as well. In his final two years on the team, he was named as a captain and was a recipient of the Bill Krzyzewski Captains' Award in the 2019-20 season alongside fellow teammate Jack.

“I couldn't pick two more worthy individuals to lead our team than Javin and Jack,” said Coach Krzyzewski. “They have done everything we've asked, from the end of last year to now, to be ready to lead this team. Jack and Javin have earned the respect of our players and staff, and I'm proud to have them as captains.”

DeLaurier has proven to be an efficient scorer and is a career .706 shooter from the floor. In his junior year, he notched career highs in multiple categories, including minutes per game (16.3), rebounds per game (4.4), total blocks (50) and points per game (3.8).
